Jennifer conducted the Tai Chi for Arthritis Instructor Training workshop on 27th and 28th July 2013. A great team coming together to learn the program as they prepare themselves to be the future leaders and trainers. Enjoyed sharing my tai chi skills and knowledge. It is with passionate people like them that we can help in reaching out to the elderly with our tai chi programs to inculcate an active and healthy lifestyle. As one aged, we hope to achieve our vision to keep everyone healthy.
