A total of 15 participants attended a 2 full days Tai Chi for Health Interest Group Leaders training at Bishan Community Club. Seated Tai Chi was chosen as the participants can help to teach tai chi to the Senior Activities Centre and Nursing Home in the future. We had a good exercise for our buttock and find opportunity to stand as much as possible after a 2 days training. Well done ladies. Hope you enjoyed the training session.
