TaiChi@Bishan RC Zone 5 – This is the first group that started Tai Chi for Health programs in year 2010. Just 6 months into Tai Chi, you can see the group improved. Their tai chi flows go smoothly and they are able to coordinate their hand and leg movements. Today close to 3 years, they are still learning taichi and now learning the Advanced form Sun73.
