TaiChi@Kampong Glam Rochor Centre – This group consist of many Seniors who have never done taichi before. They started their taichi journey on 27th September 2011. Today, nine months later, you can see they are able to move gracefully. Improved on their balance as taichi incorporates simultaneous arm and leg movements to perform tasks more efficiently. This will helps to reduce falls.
