TaiChi@ Toa Payoh – This advance group have been learning over 3 years. Their taichi skills improved and they are learning the Sun73 Tai Chi. Over the 3 years, many had become great friends, strong bonding in taking care of each other. Learning and Sharing – be it on taichi, on healthy living tips, good food and great shopping tips. Most important, their friendly and eager to learn altitude “never gave up”. Great to be friends with them, make me happy and fulfillment in continue to teaching this group.
