What are the "Tai Chi for Health" Courses?

Traditional tai chi sets are designed for martial art purpose hundreds of years ago. They are complex and difficult to learn. With the change of objective, modification is necessary to make tai chi more safe and effective.
Combining traditional tai chi with modern knowledge, Dr. Paul Lam created the Tai Chi for Health Programs with a team of tai chi experts and medical specialist. These programs are safe, effective and easy-to-learn. Scientific studies have shown them to improve health, quality of life and balance.
With the support of medical evidence, today, the programs are adopted by institutions like the Arthritis Foundation (USA & Australia), Arthritis Care (UK), Diabetes Australia and Osteoporosis Australia, as well as governmental departments from Australia, New Zealand, Korea, USA and Singapore.
The instructors' training workshops are accredited by the Australian fitness industry, American Council of Exercise, the Hong Kong rehabilitation Society and the Korean Rheumatology Health Professional's Society, among others.
