Group tai chi practice at Hort Park for an hour. Everyone enjoyed doing tai chi together. A good opportunity to catch up on their tai chi movements.
After lunch, Jennifer brought the group to the Mushroom Farm. Learned how wheat grasses are grown and a tour to the wheat grass area as well as the mushroom farm. Students enjoyed the taste of the fresh mushroom and buying of the fresh produce. I also brought them to the vegetable farm, where more purchase was made. The one day tai chi outing was a great success.
