PA invited Simon and Jennifer (PA Trainers) and their students to attend the “ACTive Lifestyle with Passion” Event. An initiative of the National Tai Chi Programme. The Event is to engage Seniors for Physical Activity Initiative (SPA), their aims is to encourage seniors to lead an active lifestyle and stay healthy.
In conjunction with the Senior’s Week in November, the half day FUN Filled Activities and active lifestyle workshops. Participants also get to have a try-out on the different lifestyle workshops that was offered in the community centers.
Our participants get to do the Workshop include : Golden ch’an for Good Health, Home Herbal Soup Remedies, Acupuncture Point massage, Sports stretching, Art with Swarovski Crystals, Stocking Flower Art, Creative Balloon Sculpting, Laughter Yoga, Creative Flower Arrangement and Secrets of Belly Dancing.
Everyone have a good time. A good learning experience for many of my participants as the try out workshop/programme are a first for them.
