This month Interest Group at Bishan CC is our 18th Interest Group Gathering. Really appreciate all our members for the great support and coming together every month to continue to upgrade our taichi skills, sharing and making new friends.

Jennifer shared with our members the "taichi priniciples of weight transfer". With theory and practical together, we hope our members get to understand on "how to step out as in commencing form" and keeping your weight centered at the "Yong Quan Point"
