After a break in August, Tai Chi Interest Group is back on 14th September at Bishan CC. Members enjoyed a taichi practice session. Learning new skills and also applying the taichi principles to the forms. Great to see many of our members had improved on their tai chi movements and observed that there is a good bonding among the members. Keep it up.
