Jennifer organised this special workshop "Exploring the Depth of Tai Chi for Arthritis" and conducted by Dr. Paul Lam from Sydney, Australia.Many of my students came to learn from the grand master on how to apply tai chi principles to their taichi practice.  It was good opportunity for them to learn from Dr. Lam and to gain the experience.   Hope you have gain the many health benefits from this workshop.  Thank you to my students for supporting this workshop.
