Jennifer conducted the last Trainer's workshop for 2016 with the "Tai Chi for Diabetes Instructor Trainer Workshop" at Bishan on 11th and 12th Dec 2016. A good turn-up and strongly supported by my students who like to improve their tai chi skills.  Enjoyed sharing tai chi principles and see the participants enjoying themselves.  Thank you for the good feedback and for the support of the Tai Chi for Health program.
