Jennifer conducted another Instructor Training Workshop on 23rd and 24th November at Leng Kee Community Centre.

We have a great team this round. We have oversea participants from from France and Thailand joining us. Great to have Marie, Babette and Dr Ratana joining us at the workshop.

A great team coming together to learn the program as they prepare themselves to be the future leaders and trainers. I enjoyed sharing my tai chi skills and knowledge with them. It is with passionate people like them that we can help in reaching out to the elderly with our tai chi programs to inculcate an active and healthy lifestyle. As one aged, we hope to achieve our vision to keep everyone healthy.
