The 2 full days workshop " Explore the depth of TCA in Singapore" was conducted on 10th and 11th May 2014 by Dr. Paul Lam. Participants get to learn the deeper meanings of tai chi principles and how to incorporate them into your forms. Dr Lam also shown the participants how to deliver the Jing and use it to store and regenerate mor Qi. More taichi practices........for the 2 full days workshop.
