Brenda and Jennifer conducted the 1st Tai Chi for Osteoporosis Instructor Trainer workhop in Singapore. Brenda came all the way from Australia and participants get to learn from 2 MTs instead of the usual one MT.

A workshop that teaches new trainers how to teach the program for safety, teaching effectively. Going through the steps slowly and also applying tai chi principles to the form. Including role play as a new trainer.

Attending workshop is a way to improve your tai chi skills and also understanding the important part on safety when practicing your tai chi.
