Tai Chi Workshop at Zhu Hai, China from 16th April to 20th April 2015

Dr. Pail Lam organised a Tai Chi training workshop for a small selected group of participants. Participants from USA, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore gathered at Zhu Hai for a week of training, then off for a 9 days Tai Chi tour to China. A good learning experience of upgrading your taichi skills. Two learning forms was practiced - Sun 73 and Combined 42 forms as well as learning Tai Chi for Energy one and two. Both sets are taught by Dr. Lam himself.
