Conducted a Tai Chi for Arthritis Training workshop for 25 health care staff held at Bukit Merah Community Club on 16th and 17th May 2015.
Very happy that many participants from many health care groups and senior homes, came to attend this special training workshop. 90 per cent of the participants are first timer and never do taichi before.
After a 2 days training, many participants can perform the taichi forms. Now they will need to come back for more training in order to teach the program to their residents at the home. Look forward to see more seniors practicing Tai chi for Health program at the homes.
