This special workshop was attended by many health staff from Hospital together with my tai chi students. A good combination of participants coming together. With no knowledge of taichi and after the training, you can see that they put in lot of efforts to learn and practice the forms.
Very happy to see them coming back to my regular class to continue learning taichi. With the extra training, the new trainers will be able to go back to their workplace to help more people especially the Seniors to exercise.
