Jennifer and Simon took a break from their busy schedule to attend the Annual Sydney Workshop and also the Master Class. This year I helped to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis 1 and 2 as well as Tai chi for Energy 1 and 2. It was a good teaching experience and challenging to teach 2 classes for 6 full days. Simon also teach the most challenging of the course "Chen 56" Dr. Lam also arrange Sydney tour with us after the workshop and we get to meet up with new and old friends at this annual event. Had a most memorable and enjoying trip.
